Good Selection Of Classic Cars At Forthcoming Auction

If you are interested in buying a classic car then you may wish to consider getting along to the H and H Classic Car Auction that is to take place at The Pavilion Gardens, Buxton on the 10th April 2019 as there is quite a choice of classic vehicles being offered for sale with quite a wide price range. Below, we highlight just a few of the vehicles that are being offered for sale but a full list can be seen on the handh.co.uk website.

How about a 1972 Volkswagen Type 2 Camper Van that has an estimated sale price of £8,000 to £12,000. The coachwork is in two colours – blue and white and it really does look impressive. It comes with an elevating roof to provide extra headroom. A great benefit is that it is 4 berths making it ideal for a family to take off on a much needed weekend break or perhaps a longer holiday. It has had repairs to the chassis and a reconditioned engine.

If you have got a bigger bank balance then you may wish to take a look at a 1965 Austin Healey 3000 MK111 that has an estimated sale price of £45,000 to £55,000. This also has a two tone colour scheme for the bodywork in red and cream. It has been restored. It was in the same ownership from 1972 to 2014. This is a lovely looking soft top sports car that you could enjoy taking out for a spin on a warm summer’s afternoon.

What about a 1953 Bentley R-Type H.J.Mulliner Sports Saloon that has an asking price of £24,000 to £28,000. It has blue leather seating and a lot of woodwork inside. It has a 4,566cc engine and was capable of reaching a top speed of more that 100 mph. This wonderful looking vintage sports saloon car is also very rare with not many being built.

If you enjoy off-road driving then you might like to take a look at a 1985 Land Rover Defender 90 TD1. This vehicle has an estimated sale price of £7,000 to £8,000. One of the nice things about this classic vehicle is that it has only done 79,000 miles that, for its age, is a reasonably low mileage. It also has a 200TDi engine.

If you are interested in the Mini then why not take a look at a 1963 Austin Mini 850 Super De Luxe. This has no reserve price.  It has a mere 7,700 miles on the clock. It has had the same owner since way back in 1983. This is certainly a classic car that is worth taking a good look at.
