This year, there is a huge focus on reuniting motorists with their previously owned classic cars giving people the opportunity to reminisce and, perhaps, dare we suggest, even think \u201cwhat might have been\u201d had you held onto the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>There is so much to see with about 250 classic motoring clubs in attendance no doubt looking to increase their membership and that has got to be a positive thing. There are expected to be in excess of 1,500 cars on show including vehicles from before the war, modern classics, sports cars from Great Britain, Japanese imports and American vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>You will also have the opportunity to see the likes of Sir Stirling Moss and other special guests. There will be a sale of motorbikes, classic cars and other vintage items run by Silverstone Auctions. There will be an interesting restoration challenge taking place that you will no doubt find informative if you are involved or about to embark on a restoration project.
