Presumably, he will make a reasonable profit when the cherished vehicles are sold that will no doubt attract a great deal of interest not only because of the makes and models of cars being sold but also because they have been owned by Mr Evans.<\/p>\n<p>He was obviously a keen fan of Ferrari\u2019s because several of the cars being sold are such vehicles. For instance, he is selling a Ferrari 275 GTB\/6C dating back to 1966 and this could fetch anything between \u00a32.6 million to \u00a32.9 million, a Ferrari 365 GTS\/4 Daytona Spyder from 1971 expected to fetch from \u00a32.3 million to \u00a32.6 million, a Ferrari 250 GT\/L Lusso built in 1963 and expecting to be sold for \u00a31.4 million to \u00a31.8 million, a Ferrari 275 GTS Spyder from 1965 estimated to sell for between \u00a31.3 million to \u00a31.6 million and a replica of the Ferrari 250 SWB from 1963 that could go for \u00a3500,000 to \u00a3600,000.<\/p>\n<p>Other cars include Jaguars, Mercedes Benz, a Daimler Dart SP250 police car from 1964, a 1983 Fiat 126 Abarth and a replica of the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang that was seen in the famous film and has been driven by Mr Evans.<\/p>\n<p>So, if you are interested in buying a classic car that not only has a wonderful history but has also been owned by a well-known celebrity then why not get along to the auction on 12th September 2015 in Goodwood, West Sussex and start bidding.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chris Evans, the new presenter of Top Gear, is a keen collector of classic cars and over the years has built up a valuable collection of such vehicles.
