Back in the 1960s only 19 of these delightful, awe-inspiring sports cars were built. This particular one could realise in excess of \u00a310 million. If it does then it would become the most expensive car built in Britain. If you had bought this car back at the time it was built, you would have paid just over \u00a35,000 for it so it has certainly gone up in value considerably. It has a 3,670 cc engine producing 314 bhp. It has been meticulously restored.<\/p>\n<p>However, that is unlikely to be the most valuable classic car that is sold at auction on that date. There is a Ferrari 290 MM by Scaglietti built back in 1956 that could go for in excess of \u00a321 million. It is a sports prototype racing car with a 3,490 cc V-12 engine producing 320 bhp.
