H And H Classics To Auction Interesting Vehicles

If you are considering buying a classic motor vehicle then why not consider getting along to an auction being held by H and H Classics at 1pm on 16th Match 2022 at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford, Cambridgeshire. Prior viewing is available on the 15th March from 12pm until 6pm and from 9am on the 16th March. Below we mention just some of the vehicles being offered for sale but full details can be found on the auctioneer’s website.

You will need a large bank balance if you are interested in bidding for a 1964 Aston Martin DB5 that has an estimated sale price of between £400,000 to £500,000. It has been in the same family ownership going back to 1985. It has a 4.2 litre engine and its bodywork is in Dubonnet Rosso. Only 898 DB5s were built with fixed heads so this is a rare classic car.

If you like the idea of taking an open topped sports car out on a delightful summer’s Sunday afternoon then why not cast your eyes over a 1935 Triumph Gloria 10.8hp Southern Cross Tourer that has an estimated sale price of between £40,000 to £50,000. Apparently, it is said to be one of only fifteen such cars that are believed to be around. This vehicle will no doubt catch the eye of many a passer-by.

Another very rare classic car being offered for sale is a 1961 AC Greyhound that has an estimated sale price of between £60,000 to £70,000. Only 83 of these vehicles were manufactured and it comes with a 2.2 litre Bristol straight six engine. It has been in the same family ownership since way back in 1967.
